Bask Health, Inc. (“Bask”) does not sell and will not sell information that identifies you (e.g., name, email address, phone number, postal address).

However, we work with third parties that provide marketing and advertising services, including interest-based advertising. These third parties may place tracking technologies (e.g., cookies, pixels) on our Website and App and collect online identifiers. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this may be considered a “sale.”

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can also use available online tools, such as the WebChoices​ platform, to set opt outs for multiple companies to control interest-based advertising. Other online resources for opt outs include the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and the Digital Advertising Alliance. These opt-outs are usually device and browser specific. Therefore you should opt out on each device and browser you use.

California’s “Shine the Light” law allows residents to request information about how we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
